Support and privacy requests are acknowledged within two business days. CalenPlan may reasonably verify account ownership before fulfilling an account-data request. Requests are tracked through completion within the period required by applicable law. Legal demands, law-enforcement requests, suspected breaches, and unresolved account-ownership disputes receive additional review.
Common actions
- Account access: use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Recovery links open CalenPlan and do not sign you into the normal app until the password is changed successfully.
- Apple Calendar: open More → Settings → Apple Calendar to review permission, selected calendars, availability behavior, synchronization status, and disconnection.
- Google Calendar: open More → Integrations → Google Calendar to connect, choose calendars, select a writable destination, review synchronization, retry authorization, or disconnect. Revocation is also available from your Google Account.
- Notifications: open More → Notifications to change local categories, morning and evening check-ins, Friends alert categories, times, quiet hours, and privacy settings. iOS Settings controls system permission.
- Friends & Encouragement: open More → Friends & Encouragement to create or revoke an invitation, choose achievement recipients, refresh private activity, or mute, remove, or block a connection. Never send an invitation code to someone you do not trust.
- Restore a subscription: open More → Settings → Subscription, then choose Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel a subscription: use Manage Subscription to open Apple’s subscription settings.
- Export: open More → Export to create a local export. Review the warning before exporting private journal or calendar content.
- Delete an account: open More → Settings → Account and choose Delete Account. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription.
- Using CalenPlan: open CalenPlan Help from More, contextual help buttons, or the Quick Add menu.
Privacy and security
Report a suspected privacy or security issue to Mark@NewHeightsInnovations.com with a minimal description and reproduction steps. Do not include credentials, private planning content, or a database export. See the CalenPlan Privacy Policy for data practices and rights.
Service status
CalenPlan does not currently operate a public status page. If synchronization is temporarily unavailable, your previously loaded planning data remains available locally and supported changes remain queued for retry. The app’s Synchronization settings show actionable status without covering Calendar controls.
